Love it! Not at all waxy, just very soft, smooth balm with packaging I don't have to think about opening or closing, and it doesn't hurt my hands to use. Even the shipping and product packaging was easy to open, and I'm so grateful!

All around LOVE. Love how it’s free from fragrance and flavor and it layers up and works nicely as a lip mask at night! 10/10 for design too! So nice to reach into my purse and know what I’m grabbing without having to look.

The Grip Stick had some sort of manufacturer's defect or I must've gotten a bad batch, because the consistency of the lip treatment was grainy and dry, not at all soft or buttery as described.
I do love the packaging as it's ergonomic and user-friendly for people with arthritis, chronic pain, or various physical disabilities. I also thought the customer service team did a great job when I reached out about returning the products due to quality concerns. A+ for customer service, and I'd be willing to give this brand another try in the future just for that.
