1. 1. Push the inner black cartridge out from the base, then remove the magnetic cap. 
2. 2. Insert the new cartridge into the case. You will feel it snap into place. 
3. 3. Apply the magnetic cap and you’re done. 

Refilling Grip Stick Lip Treatment: 

1. 1. Remove the inner cartridge with a gentle pull.  You can also push it out from the base.
2. 2. Remove the white cap from your new refill cartridge and pop it into the case (you’ll feel it snap into place). 
3. 3. Apply the outer cap and you’re done. Easy.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days, and US orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days and international orders should arrive within 18 business days.

We provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered from tiltbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery.
