The Ease of Use® Certification is awarded by the Arthritis Foundation to products that have been independently tested and proven easy to use for people with arthritis and other mobility-limiting conditions. Tilt is the FIRST beauty brand to earn the Arthritis Foundation's Ease of Use® Certification! This means that our products are easy for everyone to use, including those living with arthritis and chronic pain.
Our refill system makes it easy to reload your favorite shade or swap in a new one. You can shop all of our refills HERE.
Refilling Lashscape Mascara:
- 1. Push the inner black cartridge out from the base, then remove the magnetic cap.
- 2. Insert the new cartridge into the case. You will feel it snap into place.
- 3. Apply the magnetic cap and you’re done.
Refilling Grip Stick Lip Treatment:
- 1. Remove the inner cartridge with a gentle pull. You can also push it out from the base.
- 2. Remove the white cap from your new refill cartridge and pop it into the case (you’ll feel it snap into place).
- 3. Apply the outer cap and you’re done. Easy.
Tilt products are designed to last. Refresh them with micellar water or a gentle makeup wipe as needed.

Tilt’s dermatologist-approved formulas, backed by the National Psoriasis Foundation Seal of Recognition®, are developed for all skin types, including sensitive skin and psoriasis. Each formula contains the Tilt Calm Complex™ our proprietary blend of clean ingredients designed to calm, nourish, and hydrate. For full ingredient lists, visit each product page. Yes! Tilt products are formulated to the highest industry standards and are backed by the National Psoriasis Foundation Seal of Recognition®. They are free from synthetic fragrance, ingredients known to be irritating, and thousands of others that don't meet our safe standards. Our vegan, dermatologist and ophthalmologist approved formulas are safe for sensitive skin and eyes.
Yes! We don’t use any animal-derived ingredients and are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified.
Our products are formulated without gluten or nuts, but we cannot guarantee they’re produced in gluten or nut-free facilities. Lashscape Mascara contains soy.

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.
We’re unable to change or modify the products in an order. Our fulfillment team works fast to process your order as soon as it’s placed. If you need to cancel or place a new order, please to reach out to us via email at hi@tiltbeauty.com with your order number and a member of our customer support team will assist you.

Yes, taxes and duties are included, these are calculated at checkout!
We offer free shipping within the contiguous US on orders $45 and up (excluding taxes and after discounts are applied). For all other orders shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days, and US orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days and international orders should arrive within 18 business days.
We provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered from tiltbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery.
Contact us at hi@tiltbeauty.com or via our customer support chat feature with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange/return. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Gift Returns:
If you would like to return products that you received as gifts, we require proof of purchase.
We do not offer international returns at this time.
